COAST (Crisis Outreach and Support Team) answers the crisis line 24-7. We try to pick up every call, but occasionally all our lines are busy. Please leave a brief message and we will call you back, usually within 10 minutes.
A crisis is when a person feels they can’t cope anymore. A person might feel out of control, or might be having thoughts of harming someone else or themself. Sometimes a person in crisis has thoughts of ending their life. If this is you or someone else, take it seriously and reach out for help.
